Bluetree Group invests in Ŝharko5 Technology Platform

Route 1 Print, established in 2012, operates from a 147,000 sq. ft. facility in Rotherham, working exclusively with print resellers. With a demand for speed and flexibility on the rise, they’ve poured £8 million into boosting efficiency in their factory which includes investment into MoviĜo robotics. The state-of-the-art tech is streamlining their factory-floor operations, accelerating turnaround times, and helping their resellers meet ever-tighter deadlines with ease. It’s a bold step toward faster workflows, greater flexibility, and even happier clients.

This project specifically includes:

Hardware: Six mobile robots,  Ŝharko5 Technology Platform 

Software: Mick Vision technology on-board and on-shore for task creation and location management
MOBI, button input task generation. API interface with BlueTree ERP system. Narrow aisles maneuvring and inter-machine material handling

Our engineers have teamed up with on-site specialists and the project is fully operational now. The integration of these mobile robots enables seamless pallet movement between machines, reduces downtime, and drives overall efficiency across the production floor.
