MoviĜo Move​

Navigation software

MoviĜo Move functions as the “brains” of our robot AGV’s.

This advanced vehicle software is responsible for the autonomous navigation, sensor & battery management, vehicle status information, safety & network connection to the MoviĜo Site management software. The independent safety system is responsible for maintaining a failsafe operation of the AGV/AMR. 

MoviĜo Intelligent Camera Kit​

Vision Technology

MoviĜo Intelligent Camera Kit​​ automatically generates orders for the Ŝharko when they see that a location is full (or empty).

Onboard we developed vision software to let our robot vehicles identify Auto ID’s like barcodes and QR. Onsite cameras can be used to detect pallets or trolleys that need picking up, or to find an available drop off locations. The vision software works fully integrated with our traffic management software MoviĜo Site. It will offer you an alternative method of generating missions for your AGV vehicles and reduces manual operator input.

Traffic & Task Management software

MoviĜo Site is our Order & fleet management software that maximizes the performance of the fleet.

This is our server based fleet management system that monitors your material flow. It assigns and manages all tasks, send to and from the robot vehicles at your site. It decides which robot gets what task. It manages the traffic, the whereabouts and status of the tasks of the vehicles. It offers you an overview of all your vehicles and sends you instant alerts when action is needed. It continuously optimizes and prioritizes the current missions according to your production or logistical processes for optimal performance.

MoviĜo Connect​ & MoviĜo Device Integration

Data integration software

MoviĜo Connect is the link between the fleet and your planning & administrative systems.

To get the correct data from and to the robot systems, we offer you a robust integration service with ERP/WMS/MES or other planning & administrative systems. Using our own standardised connection application MoviĜo Connect. Which has a library full of standard interfacing modules which we use to link our robot systems to IT system that you have, including the Cloud.

Device integration software

MoviĜo Device Integration enables the fleet to communicate with your hardware devices.​

Imagine that a production line automatically generates an order for the Ŝharko to pick-up a pallet with end products or a Ŝharko that opens an electric door. To create an Industry 4.0 solution, it is crucial that our fleet can communicate with your onsite devices. We comply with the OPCUA protocol.

MoviĜo Button Input​

Virtual button software

MoviĜo Button Input (MOBI) is a virtual “Button” system that runs in a browser on a laptop, tablet or smartphone.

If automatic task generation via integration with your ERP/WMS system or MICK Vision Software is not possible, MOBI is the alternative. It allows an operator to generate a task for the AGV fleet. It is the equivalent of pressing a actual button, without actually installing buttons everywhere. We can configure MOBI’s smart buttons to allows you to assign different tasks to buttons, and let’s you manage them more easily. We can also offer you the option to add values or priorities to tasks and assign drop-off areas.
