First we introduced the Ŝharko5 mobile robot, designed to serve the Print Industry. Then, the compact profile for use in small area’s and small aisles resulted in a tried and tested base to serve as a platform for for any carrier on the print shop floor. Now, the Ŝharko5 Platform is a complete mobile robotics solution to move standard pallets, B2 pallets, trolleys, carts, roll containers, Rolls (reels) and many more in any Print Shop.
The Ŝharko5 platform not only offers a robotics platform, but also comprises high level services, intelligent software and system integration for automated production.

Ŝharko5CL (Classic)
The OG. The first Ŝharko especially designed to transport half europallets and the specific pallets used by HP Indigo Presses. It was launched at the print industry’s leading fair Drupa, 2024. Since then a large number of them are active across the world.

Ŝharko5HP (HP Pallet)
The next generation. The extra narrow forks allow for very narrow pallets that can be handled by this variety. Even a 60cm wide pallet falls within its capabilities. It can transport the HP Indigo press pallets or a similar version of it, picking up in portrait and landscape mode, which allows it to load and unload all HP Indigo B2 presses.

Ŝharko5SP (Small Pallet)
This robot has the smallest turning circle of all robots in our portfolio. If you transport Half Euro pallets, or an equivalent, then this is the ultimate robot for those really small aisles. Because it is omnidirectional, it can turn on the spot within its own length and move sideways. Also available with a maximum payload capacity of 1.000Kg; the SP+.

The big brother of the SP, designed to transport Euro pallets, US Postal pallets or any equivalent. Because it is omnidirectional it can turn on the spot within its own length and move sideways, allowing it to operate in really small areas.

Ŝharko5HH (Hammerhead)
The Ŝharko5HH or Hammerhead earned its name because (from a birds eye view) it has the outline of a hammer, and a Hammerhead is a shark variety. The hammerhead is especially designed to transport trolleys, rolleys, dollies, roll containers and racks. The single fork can be customized allowing the robot to pick up very narrow trolleys. Because it too is omnidirectional it can turn on the spot within its own length and move sideways. Also available with a maximum payload capacity of 1.000Kg; the HH+.

Ŝharko5RT (Roll Transport)
A true specialist if ever there was one. It supports all of HP’s roll fed presses like the V12, 6K, 200K and the PWP A2200. The RT picks up the rolls/reels directly from the floor. It is not exclusively for HP presses and supports all rolls with a minimum diameter of 750mm (29,5 inch) and a max diameter of 1270mm (50 inch).

The name says it all. This robot is specifically designed to transport the large sheets used in Large Format printing. Like large sheets of (corrugated) cardboard, Dibond or other sandwich panels. The robot can be equipped with a roller or swivel table, making it possible to load and unload Large Format printers. Because it is omnidirectional, it can turn on the spot within its own length and move sideways.

This is far from a Recreational Vehicle. The Rack Voyager is specifically designed to work together with its standard payload rack to offer you standardisation.
